 Objective: To bring girls across the globe

                empowering environment where they   
                can make new friends and share and
                learn from one another.

          
                To teach girls time saving techniques
                and tips on how to keep their bodies and
                minds healthy to boost self-
                esteem and enhance self-awareness.

                To provide girls with interactive and
                creative workshops to get involved in
                online.

                To get girls excited about receiving fun 
                kits and personal challenges in the mail
                and via their e-mail boxes.
              
                To inspire young girls to create their
                own unique styles, encourage them to
                be bold leaders and to provide them
                with the tools and resources to become
                dynamic, influential, vigilant and
                ambitious women of the future.

Depending on the amount of months that you are registered for, girls will receive ongoing challenges in the mail or via e-mail and then will be required to participate and interact online weekly with other members of the group to discuss these challenges and how they have  gotten through them.

 
Girls beteen the ages of 13 to 16 are encouraged and are invited to join us.  Girls only need a desire to participate, a commitment to attend the meetings once registered and a willing spirit to follow the guidelines - no put-downs or interruptions, offer experiences (not advice), keep the focus on oneself and keep what's said in group private.  Girls are free to share at their own pace.

When girls voice their opinions in a safe environment, it strengthens their confidence and encourages them to express themselves more fully. By examining cultural expectations in a safe and supportive setting, girls gain greater awareness of their options and strengthen their ability to make choices that are consistent with their values, interests and talents.
